Cast FACTOR is the sole member of his "unit" dispatched to Terra. As a cyborg construct he has no memories only duty. He searches for meaning throughout his weaving path of bloodshed, never to find anything he can hold on to for any great length of time. His sole companion, a built-in computer AI which guides him from a tethered conduct satellite or is it just a split personality. The AI is nameless. He is strong, fast and heavily armed with everything from automatic rifles to bladed weapons. AI guides FACTOR. It feeds him information. It would be mistaken to call their relationship friendship. It is however Factor's only sentient contact that is not hostile. |
